Common questions

What is free? Hiragana is free: all of it, through the Brush Seal. Katakana and the rest of the journey are one in-app purchase, the Full Journey. Everything you've learned stays free to review. No subscription, no ads.

I bought the Full Journey on another iPhone. Open the Start menu → Settings → More settings → Full Journey → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Where is my save? On your iPhone only. It is part of your iPhone's normal backup (iCloud or computer). There are no accounts and no cloud save.

How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I start over? Title screen → New game. Your old save is erased after you confirm.
